When does Hideout ship ordered products?

Once your order is confirmed, if the product is in stock, expect shipping to be initiated by our shipping partner. If your order requires customization, or is out of stock, allow a month for production. A confirmation email will be sent when the product ships.

How does Hideout ship ordered products?

Hideout ships from Canada. The default shipping service through our shipping partner is UPS, but we will use your indicated choice of delivery service. We recommend paying more for tracking if you select a national postal service.

What about returns?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, return it in 30 days for a refund. No refunds on personalized or used items. Email me hideout.vo@gmail.com to initiate the process. Once the item has been received and verified to be in new condition, a refund will be processed to the original form of payment.

Will you monogram an order?

Yes, items can be personalized. Indicate the desired text on the contact form with the order number within 24 hours of ordering. If the letters do not fit, I will contact you to discuss other options.

Can I order something in a different colour combination?

Yes, you can change the colour of your leathers, as long as the colour is available in the leather varieties mentioned - Odyssey vegetable tan, Manhattan pull-up, Italian Maremma, Italian Volanato. Thread colours can also be changed if they are available in Koch 0.8mm. Allow up to two months to source materials and produce. Email hideout.vo@gmail.com to discuss.
